At Serif, I manage the Software Development team through Project Managers and we create the Windows software sold to our customers. This means planning and implementing the new features that our users want and need. We also maintain the existing software as required, make free versions and write some bespoke software for partners. One of the main things I like about working at Serif is the challenge it presents me with – producing new software that meets customer requirements to tight deadlines.

I am a problem solver and my job gives me lots of opportunities to test my abilities. As a manager, I encourage others to perform to the best of their abilities.
