
The Human Resources team works hard to attract, retain and develop staff to ensure that Serif has the best possible resources available to meet the business objectives and move forward. This means ensuring that the business is supported by appropriate HR policies and that training and support is provided to managers. The HR team is a friendly and approachable service that adds real value to the company.

I joined the Serif team as a HR Coordinator in 2004 and I have stayed on the HR team ever since. Working at Serif has been excellent for my career development and resulted in me being promoted to the HR Manager in 2006. The thing I love most about my role is that the work I do is really varied and two days are never the same. Serif is a fast paced and forward thinking company which means that you can, and are encouraged to, come up with new ideas that contribute to the success of the business and really shape your own career.
HR is integrated with the business so I find it rewarding to implement solutions and see the results across the company. For example, the Investors in People accreditation
has really helped the Outbound Call Centre to develop its staff which is fantastic for Serif..
