The IT & Systems department at Serif is a core contributor to the company’s success. It is responsible for all data storage and processing as well as the main websites which promote, sell, and support the products developed by the company. Underpinning this is the department’s responsibility to provision , maintain, and enhance the company’s network, servers, PCs, email and telephone systems.

I am responsible for the security and availability of Serif’s IT and Telecommunications infrastructure and manage a team of IT Engineers. For me, Serif is a fantastic place to work due to the fact that technology plays such a huge part in everything that we do. I thoroughly enjoy implementing innovative IT solutions that give Serif a competitive edge.

IT is the enabler for all the creative and innovative ideas, so my job is interesting to say the least. Everyday is different and thanks to the great team I work with it’s also a lot of fun.
