Outbound Sales

Due to high demand, Serif Software Inc is growing rapidly and looking for high energy, enthusiastic sales people to sell our award winning range of software to our existing customer base.

Our Inside Sales Team is our direct line to our customers and responsible for…

• Achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Answering customer questions
• Processing customer orders
• Inputting orders in our computer system within our call center
• Calling current customers to tell them about upgrades to products they already own and other brand new products we're offering

We would like you to get in touch, if you have…

• Telephone based sales experience preferred but not required. Full ongoing training provided.
• Qualified candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic and money-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and strong closing skills.
• Position requires basic computer skills, the ability to type and related call center/customer service experience.
• High school diploma
• College experience/degree welcomed

• A combination of hourly base pay and uncapped commission, with an opportunity to earn up to $40,000 per year or more (based on productivity)
