Attention to detail
1-2 years’ experience of writing online help
Experience taking screenshots
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic knowledge of Photoshop or a similar application
Experience of ROBOHELP or similar help authorising tools
Experience within a PC environment
Knowledge with the variations of different Windows systems
Educated to A-Level/Degree or equivalent
A creative background or a creative degree
