Serif takes to the River……and raises funds for Leukaemia
Serif entered two teams of ten paddlers who manoeuvred a 30ft Hong Kong style Dragon Boat down the river Trent for 2007’s Dragon Boat Race to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust. It was a great day with a BBQ and loads of support for our teams. Unfortunately we were pipped at the post but it’s the taking part that counts and at least we did manage to win the best team name competition with ‘Simon’s Serif Sailors’!
