Providing best-selling titles and associated products direct to customers through its contact centres in the UK and US, and through traditional retail channels and the Web, Serif has over 230 employees at its head office, development and European sales centre in Nottingham, UK and its Internet development and North American sales operation in Hudson, New Hampshire.

The marketing department is multi-faceted, each aspect with its own personality and mandate. The team is forged from creative, enthusiastic designers, writers, and trainers who help promote Serif and its products all around the world.

Serif’s designers have the flair and skill to keep coming up with great ways to communicate ideas through digital media. The team produces all of the company’s artwork including retail packaging, web graphics, exhibition stands and all manner of multimedia productions.

Despatch

Despatch

The busy team in despatch are responsible for ensuring Serif products and those of our sister company, Gizoo, are sent out safely, accurately and on time to all our customers.

Awards

Serif’s software has won over 200 international awards since it started hitting the shelves in the late eighties, and the number is still growing. Our first ever product, PagePlus, has single-handedly won over 50 awards, including more than ten magazine Editor’s Choice accolades. Not only do Serif products triumph in the awards stakes, but the company has also won awards for excellent customer service. In 2007 Serif’s Outbound Sales department was endorsed by Investors in People.
