At Serif, I manage a team of 8 on the Software Development team and we are responsible for ensuring every piece of software that goes out of the building works
correctly. This includes building new software and testing the products to a high specification. One of the main things I like about working at Serif is the
challenge it presents me with – producing new software that meets customer requirements to tight deadlines.
and my job gives me lots of opportunities to test my abilities. As a manager, I enjoy encouraging others to perform to the best of
their abilities.
