Serif (Europe) Ltd, the UK’s leading independent design, publishing and creative software developer, has been honoured with two prestigious awards at RetailVision Europe 2009. This event brings together vendors and the channel’s top-tier, decision-making retailers and distributors who select the technology products for thousands of outlets across Europe.

The Best Software award was given to Serif’s new digital photo editing product, PhotoPlus X3, which was unveiled at the show. This is the second consecutive year that Serif has picked up the award in the software category, with web design software WebPlus X2 receiving the accolade at RetailVision Europe 2008.

Serif also won the Best Presentation award this year for their boardroom sessions, which focused on demonstrating the power, functionality and ease-of-use of PhotoPlus X3, as well as providing an overview of Serif as a company.

Winners of the Best of RetailVision Europe 2009 awards are selected by attending distributors and retailers who vote in the categories of Best Hardware/Peripheral, Software, Accessories, Retail Strategy, Presentation, and Vendor.
