Logo for Your Business in DrawPlus X5
This tutorial shows you how quick and easy designing your very own stylish business logo can be in DrawPlus X5. To begin, select the Quick Ellipse tool from the QuickShape flyout menu, then draw and arrange five circles as shown below.  With the grey circle selected, right-click and select Order Objects>Send to Back. Select this circle and the one directly above it by dragging a selection box around them both, then right-click and select Join>Subtract. Repeat this step with the grey circle and the one directly below it.  Change the color of the subtracted circle so that all three are the same color, then select and group them. Apply an Outline (in Filter Effects), add the inner circles to the shape and even create a simple linear gradient. Then group all the shapes and rotate as below.  For your text, draw a rectangle and select the Fill tool. Choose Linear from the context toolbar's drop-down menu, then drag the nodes and change the colors (repeat these steps with an oval shape). Apply an Outer Glow to the oval, rotate it, then type your text on top of the shapes.  With all three objects selected, right-click and select Crop>Clip to Object. Then simply resize the shape and the text to suit. Of course, you can use these techniques to create a completely original logo. Having to constantly select the correct layer to edit in the Layers palette can become tedious, especially if you're working on a complex project. But you can avoid this by checking the Automatically select layer box on the Context toolbar. Simply click the part of the photo you want to work on and the relevant layer will be automatically selected. MoviePlus X5 Save time trying to find precise points in your movies by putting down markers, which you can then snap to. Select the relevant points on the timeline and hit F6 to insert markers. Then you can toggle between specific points in your movie by hitting Ctrl+Shift+Right and Ctrl+Shift+Left. |
