It's hard to believe that this commercial is over fifteen years old.
Mercedes-Benz – There's
going to be an absentee from Christmas dinner this year.
Budweiser – Keeping
the romance alive.

...Publish
an eBook in PagePlus X6
This tutorial shows you how to create an eBook in brand new PagePlus X6 and
publish it for reading on iPads and Kindles.
 Firstly,
create the content for your publication.
A text frame is the easiest way to add text, along with any images or
graphics.
The AutoFlow tool makes writing from page to page even simpler. Click the green plus icon at the bottom of a text frame. This extends your text frame onto a new
page. |
 Add a table of contents to let readers know where chapters start and
end.
Go to Insert>Table of Contents. In this tab, you can edit the name of
your TOC and check which headings it should include.
For best results, format chapter titles using
the pre-styled Heading settings on the text toolbar.

 Once
you've done all of this, check your document for any problems with the Preflight Checker.
Go to View>Studio Tabs>Preflight Tab and select ePub from the dropdown. Click Check
to highlight any problems. You can then rectify
these issues before publishing. |
 To
publish, go to File>Publish As>eBook. Add a title, ISBN, cover image and more, before clicking
OK.

 CraftArtist
When you get creative in CraftArtist, you're bound to have a lot of
embellishments in your project.
But the more you add, the easier it becomes to make mistakes like
dragging an object when you didn't mean to.
Avoid this by locking objects that you don't want to
move, making it impossible to accidentally resize or move them.
Simply key in Ctrl+L with the object selected and to
unlock key in
Shift+Ctrl+L.
DrawPlus X5
Creating custom shapes is easy in DrawPlus
because you can join any
number of shapes together.
Simply highlight the shapes you want to merge and right-click. Go to
Join and choose either Add, Subtract or Intersect.
Experiment to see which works best for you.
