Crop to Print Sizes

Digital cameras don’t take photos at the same dimensions as common photographic paper sizes, therefore getting the desired area of a photo to print out exactly as you want it to can often take a few goes – and taking several attempts to get it right means wastage of costly photographic paper.

The new Crop to Common Print Sizes feature takes the guesswork out of printing photographs by allowing you to crop images to common photographic paper sizes beforehand. You can choose whether to use inches or centimetres and you can select from a range of standard photographic paper sizes, such as 6 x 4 inches, 7 x 5 inches etc, or specify your own Custom size. Get the printed results you want, every time without wasting expensive paper and ink!

Email Images

The best thing about taking photos has to be sharing them and your memories with friends and family. Now you can do just that with a click of the mouse with PhotoPlus 11. The new Send option launches your email client, allowing you to choose re-sampling options so the image is small enough to email, and automatically attaches your chosen photo to the email.

All you have to do is type in a quick message and hit ‘send’, so now there’s no excuse for not keeping friends and family up-to-date with all your latest news and photos.

Animation

Duplicating frames and adding effects across multiple frames is now easier than ever. Apply a frame’s attributes, such as position, visibility, effects and more, across all frames or selected frames, using the new Unify Layer Across Frames function. You can even clone multiple selected frames simultaneously, speeding up the process of creating animations where certain frames are used in several places throughout the clip.

Tidying up your animation is simpler now that you can use the Flatten Frames option to make multi-layers form a single layer on a frame-by-frame basis. Creating outstanding animations in PhotoPlus really is easier and more flexible than ever.
