The Serif Web Resources Form Redirect Service will collect data from your PagePlus PDF forms and forward this to an email address that you specify.

Use these online setup screens to generate Form IDs (required by PagePlus) and input your email address (to receive your data).

You must accept the service terms and conditions before use. This service is only for use by Serif customers. You will therefore be required to log in before creating or editing any form IDs.
