Image Warping Toolkit

PhotoPlus introduces an Image Warping tool, which enables you to deform the geometry of a bitmap by specifying a grid of Coons patches. In implementing this tool Serif engineers have solved one of the major problems of image processing.

The Serif Text Engine

At the heart of PagePlus is the code that lays out text on the page and allows you to edit it with superb typographical control. This is The Serif Text Engine, a self contained library produced to the highest possible standards. If you are developing any text presentational product such as a word processor, web page editor or DTP application this library will save you years of effort.

The Serif Graphics Engine

Integral to PagePlus, DrawPlus, and PhotoPlus is The Serif Graphics Engine, a self contained library of highly optimized and portable graphics classes. Produce ultrafast, anti-aliased, polygons filled with a dazzling selection of fills and transparency effects.

The Serif 2D Geometry Engine

The Serif2D Geometry Engine is used by PagePlus, DrawPlus and PhotoPlus. It provides classes and functions for manipulating 2D geometrical objects such as points, lines, polygons, bezier curves and linear transformations.
